Gita 11.3
एवमेतद्यथात्थ त्वमात्मानं परमेश्वर।
द्रष्टुमिच्छामि ते रूपमैश्वरं पुरुषोत्तम।।
evam etad yathāttha tvam ātmānaṁ parameśvara draṣṭum icchāmi te rūpam aiśvaraṁ puruṣottama
"O Supreme Lord, You are as You have described Yourself. Now I wish to see Your divine cosmic form, O Supreme Person."
What This Means:
Arjuna accepts everything Krishna has said. Now he makes his request: 'I want to SEE Your cosmic form (aishvara rupa).' Not just believe—see with his own eyes.
Going Deeper:
This is the culmination of faith. Arjuna doesn't doubt, but faith seeks confirmation. 'I believe everything—now let me see.' The request is bold but emerges from genuine relationship.
How To Apply This:
When faith is mature, it's not afraid to ask for confirmation. You can believe AND want to see. Arjuna models how sincere devotion asks boldly.
