"Different from and within this mental sheath is another inner self made of intellect/wisdom. By that, this is filled. This also has human form. Faith is its head. Cosmic order is the right wing. Truth is the left wing. Yoga is the trunk. The great (Mahat) is the tail, the foundation."

What This Means:

Inside the mental body is the Vijnanamaya kosha - the wisdom body. Its components are faith, cosmic order, truth, yoga, and the cosmic intelligence (Mahat).

Going Deeper:

The intellectual sheath operates through discrimination (viveka). It is supported by faith (shraddha), aligned with cosmic order (rita) and truth (satya), united through yoga.

How To Apply This:

Cultivate wisdom through faith, alignment with truth, and the practice of yoga. This develops the vijnanamaya kosha.
