tasmādvā etasmādvijñānamayāt | anyo'ntara ātmānandamayaḥ | tenaiṣa pūrṇaḥ | sa vā eṣa puruṣavidha eva | tasya puruṣavidhatām | anvayaṃ puruṣavidhaḥ | tasya priyameva śiraḥ | modo dakṣiṇaḥ pakṣaḥ | pramoda uttaraḥ pakṣaḥ | ānanda ātmā | brahma pucchaṃ pratiṣṭhā |

"Different from and within this wisdom sheath is another inner self made of bliss. By that, this is filled. This also has human form. Joy (priya) is its head. Delight (moda) is the right wing. Great delight (pramoda) is the left wing. Bliss (ananda) is the trunk. Brahman is the tail, the foundation."

What This Means:

The innermost sheath is Anandamaya kosha - the bliss body. It consists of degrees of joy, with Brahman as its foundation.

Going Deeper:

Priya (pleasure of anticipation), moda (pleasure of possession), and pramoda (pleasure of enjoyment) are steps leading to ananda (pure bliss), grounded in Brahman.

How To Apply This:

At your core, you are bliss. The five sheaths are coverings. Remove them through inquiry to experience your blissful nature.
