"He who ripens the inherent nature of things, the source of the universe, who transforms all that can be transformed, who presides over this whole universe, and who assigns all the qualities - He is one."
What This Means:
God is the source who ripens all natures, transforms all things, presides over the universe, and distributes all qualities. He alone does this.
Going Deeper:
The process of manifestation (ripening, transforming) and the distribution of gunas (qualities) are all under one Lord's control.
How To Apply This:
Trust that the One who assigns qualities also guides transformation. Your nature ripens according to divine wisdom.
