सहस्रशीर्षा पुरुषः सहस्राक्षः सहस्रपात्। स भूमिं विश्वतो वृत्वात्यतिष्ठद्दशाङ्गुलम्॥

sahasraśīrṣā puruṣaḥ sahasrākṣaḥ sahasrapāt | sa bhūmiṃ viśvato vṛtvātyatiṣṭhaddaśāṅgulam ||

"The Person has a thousand heads, a thousand eyes, a thousand feet. Covering the earth on all sides, He extends ten fingers beyond."

What This Means:

The cosmic Person has countless heads, eyes, and feet. He covers everything and extends beyond all measurable space.

Going Deeper:

This is the Purusha Sukta verse. The cosmic Purusha pervades all space yet transcends it (ten fingers beyond = utterly transcendent).

How To Apply This:

The cosmic Person is infinitely vast, covering and exceeding all. Your small self is part of this infinite Being.
