"Just as a mirror stained with mud shines brilliantly when well cleaned, so the embodied one, seeing the truth of the Self, becomes one, fulfilled, and free from sorrow."

What This Means:

A dirty mirror, when cleaned, shines brightly. Similarly, when you truly see the Self, you become whole, fulfilled, and free from grief.

Going Deeper:

The mind is like a mirror covered with dust. Yoga practice cleans it, allowing the reflection of the Self to appear clearly. This brings completion and freedom from sorrow.

How To Apply This:

Your mind is like a dusty mirror. Clean it through practice. The Self will shine forth, bringing fulfillment and ending sorrow.
