पृथिव्यप्तेजोऽनिलखे समुत्थिते पञ्चात्मके योगगुणे प्रवृत्ते। न तस्य रोगो न जरा न मृत्युः प्राप्तस्य योगाग्निमयं शरीरम्॥

pṛthivyaptejo'nilakhe samutthite pañcātmake yogaguṇe pravṛtte | na tasya rogo na jarā na mṛtyuḥ prāptasya yogāgnimayaṃ śarīram ||

"When the fivefold quality of yoga, arising from earth, water, fire, air, and space, has manifested, there is no disease, no old age, no death for one who has attained a body made of the fire of yoga."

What This Means:

When yoga transforms the five elements in the body, the yogi becomes free from disease, aging, and death. The body becomes like fire - purified.

Going Deeper:

The yogic body (yogagnimaya sharira) transcends ordinary physical limitations. The transformation of the elemental body through yoga brings freedom from mortality.

How To Apply This:

Through yoga, the body can be transformed. This brings health, vitality, and freedom from the usual decay.
