"Mist, smoke, sun, wind, fire, fireflies, lightning, crystal, and moon - these are the preliminary forms that manifest Brahman in yoga."

What This Means:

Before seeing Brahman, the yogi sees preliminary signs: mist, smoke, sun, fire, fireflies, lightning, crystal, moon. These are stages of inner light.

Going Deeper:

These are the pratibha (psychic visions) that precede full realization. They indicate progress but are not the goal itself.

How To Apply This:

Inner lights and visions may appear in meditation. They are signs of progress, not the final goal. Continue beyond them.
