""But one who meditates on the supreme Person with all three matras of OM becomes united with the light in the sun. As a snake is freed from its skin, so is one freed from sin. One is led by the Sama Veda to the world of Brahma. From this mass of life, one sees the supreme Person dwelling in the city (body). On this, there are two verses:""

What This Means:

Full three-matra OM meditation leads to the sun (ultimate light) and the world of Brahma. One sheds sin like a snake sheds skin, and sees the supreme Person.

Going Deeper:

Complete practice yields complete results. The snake-skin metaphor shows total liberation from past karma. One attains Brahmaloka.

How To Apply This:

Commit to complete OM meditation - all three matras, with full understanding. This leads to liberation.
