"When the sun rises in the east, it gathers the eastern life-energies in its rays. When it illuminates the south, west, north, below, above, and all the intermediate directions, it gathers all life-energies in its rays."

What This Means:

The sun's rays reach everywhere and enliven all beings in all directions. The sun is like a cosmic life-giver.

Going Deeper:

Prana (life-energy) is universal, reaching all corners of existence. The sun symbolizes the omnipresent nature of vital force.

How To Apply This:

Like the sun, let your positive energy radiate in all directions. Be a source of vitality for those around you.
