स एष वैश्वानरो विश्वरूपः प्राणोऽग्निरुदयते। तदेतदृचाभ्युक्तम्॥
sa eṣa vaiśvānaro viśvarūpaḥ prāṇo'gnirudayate | tadetadṛcābhyuktam ||
"This Prana rises as the universal fire, Vaishvanara, taking all forms. This is declared in the Rig Veda:"
What This Means:
The life-force (Prana) is also the cosmic fire that assumes all forms. It is the universal principle taking shape as everything.
Going Deeper:
Vaishvanara is the cosmic fire-energy, present in the sun, in the digestive fire, and in all life processes.
How To Apply This:
Recognize the same life-force that is in the sun is also the fire in your belly. Cosmic and individual are one.
