"In whom heaven, earth, and the space between are woven, along with the mind and all the vital breaths - know Him alone as the one Self. Abandon all other speech! This is the bridge to immortality."

What This Means:

All of creation - heaven, earth, space, mind, breath - is woven into one Self. Know that alone. Drop all other talk. This knowledge is the bridge to deathlessness.

Going Deeper:

"Abandon other speech" means stop the mental chatter and conceptual elaboration. Focus on the one Self.

How To Apply This:

Stop talking about spirituality and know the Self directly. This knowledge alone bridges death.
