"Where the nadis come together like spokes at the hub of a wheel, there He moves within, being born in many ways. Meditate on the Self with OM. May you be blessed in crossing to the other shore, beyond darkness!"
What This Means:
The nadis (subtle channels) meet at the heart like wheel spokes at a hub. There the Self dwells, manifesting in many forms. Meditate on it with OM. Cross beyond darkness!
Going Deeper:
The heart is the hub; the nadis are spokes. This is where meditation should focus. "Beyond darkness" means beyond ignorance.
How To Apply This:
Focus at the heart center where all channels meet. Use OM. Cross beyond the darkness of ignorance.
