Paraphrase of Maitri Upaniṣad 6.23

"Therefore, one should meditate on the supreme Brahman through this syllable OM alone."

What This Means:

OM is the recommended method for approaching the supreme reality.

Going Deeper:

Among all meditation techniques, OM holds a special place as the direct sound-form of the Absolute.

How To Apply This:

Make OM your primary meditation - it is a direct path to the highest truth.
