Paraphrase of Maitri Upaniṣad 6.22

"By sound alone is the soundless revealed - that is, by OM."

What This Means:

Paradoxically, the soundless Brahman is revealed through the sound OM.

Going Deeper:

OM is the bridge between the manifest and unmanifest - through it, one passes from sound to silence.

How To Apply This:

Use OM as a gateway - follow its sound into the silence from which it emerges.
