Paraphrase of Maitri Upaniṣad 6.3

"That which is Brahman, the Supreme Self - It is grasped through this syllable OM."

What This Means:

Brahman, the Supreme Self, can be attained through the practice of OM.

Going Deeper:

OM is not just a symbol but a vehicle - through it, one can reach what it represents.

How To Apply This:

OM is your access point to the infinite - use it consistently and with devotion.
