""When all the knots of the heart are cut here, then the mortal becomes immortal. This is the teaching.""

What This Means:

When all the knots in the heart are cut, the mortal becomes immortal. This is the essence of the entire teaching.

Going Deeper:

The "knots" (granthis) are attachments, identifications, and ignorance. Cutting them is liberation. "This is the teaching" - it's that simple.

How To Apply This:

Cut the knots of the heart. That's the whole teaching. What are your knots?
