यस्तु विज्ञानवान्भवति युक्तेन मनसा सदा। तस्येन्द्रियाणि वश्यानि सदश्वा इव सारथेः॥

""But one who has discrimination, whose mind is always controlled, has senses that are manageable, like good horses for a charioteer.""

What This Means:

With wisdom and mental focus, your senses become well-trained horses that obey your direction, like good horses with a skilled driver.

Going Deeper:

The contrast with the previous verse shows that the same senses can be a curse or blessing depending on whether discrimination guides them.

How To Apply This:

Train your mind and senses gradually. Don't fight them - train them like a good driver trains horses.
