यस्त्वविज्ञानवान्भवत्यमनस्कः सदाशुचिः। न स तत्पदमाप्नोति संसारं चाधिगच्छति॥

yastvavijñānavānbhavatyamanaskaḥ sadāśuciḥ | na sa tatpadamāpnoti saṃsāraṃ cādhigacchati ||

""One who lacks discrimination, who is mindless and always impure, does not reach that goal but wanders in the cycle of rebirth.""

What This Means:

Without wisdom, attention, and purity, you miss the spiritual goal and keep cycling through births and deaths.

Going Deeper:

Three requirements: vijñana (discrimination), manas (mindful attention), and shuddhi (purity). Without these, liberation is impossible.

How To Apply This:

Work on all three: clarity of understanding, quality of attention, and purity of heart and action.
