एष म आत्माऽन्तर्हृदये ज्यायान्पृथिव्या ज्यायानन्तरिक्षाज्ज्यायान्दिवो ज्यायानेभ्यो लोकेभ्यः॥
eṣa ma ātmā\'ntarhṛdaye jyāyānpṛthivyā jyāyānantarikṣājjyāyāndivo jyāyānebhyo lokebhyaḥ ||
"This is my Self within the heart, greater than the earth, greater than the atmosphere, greater than heaven, greater than all these worlds."
What This Means:
The same Self that is smaller than the smallest is also greater than all worlds - earth, sky, heaven, everything.
Going Deeper:
The complete paradox: the Self is both infinitely small and infinitely large. This is the nature of the infinite Brahman.
How To Apply This:
Hold both truths: the Self is subtler than subtle, yet vaster than vast. This is who you are.
