"This is my Self within the heart, smaller than a grain of rice, smaller than a grain of barley, smaller than a mustard seed, smaller than a millet grain, smaller than the kernel of a millet grain."

What This Means:

The Self in the heart is incredibly subtle - smaller than the smallest grain, smaller than any physical thing you can imagine.

Going Deeper:

This paradoxical description (infinitely small, yet containing all) captures the nature of Brahman - beyond all measurement.

How To Apply This:

Know that the infinite resides in the subtlest space of your heart. Size is irrelevant to consciousness.
