Gita 9.6
यथाकाशस्थितो नित्यं वायुः सर्वत्रगो महान्। तथा सर्वाणि भूतानि मत्स्थानीत्युपधारय।।

yathākāśa-sthito nityaṁ vāyuḥ sarvatra-go mahān tathā sarvāṇi bhūtāni mat-sthānīty upadhāraya

"As the mighty wind, blowing everywhere, always rests in space, so understand that all beings rest in Me."

What This Means:

An analogy: wind moves through space, exists in space, yet space isn't affected by wind. Similarly, all beings exist in Krishna—they move, change, come and go—while He remains unaffected.

Going Deeper:

Space provides place for wind without being disturbed by it. Krishna provides existence for all beings without being disturbed by their activities. Support doesn't mean involvement in the same way.

How To Apply This:

Can you support others without being destabilized by their turbulence? This is a divine quality to develop—being present, providing space, remaining centered regardless of what moves through.

Key Sanskrit Terms:

Ākāśa= Space, skyVāyu= Wind, airSarvatra-ga= Going everywhere
