na ca mat-sthāni bhūtāni paśya me yogam aiśvaram bhūta-bhṛn na ca bhūta-stho mamātmā bhūta-bhāvanaḥ
"And yet beings do not exist in Me—behold My divine mystery! My Self sustains all beings and brings them into existence, yet does not dwell in them."
What This Means:
Now the paradox deepens: beings DON'T exist in Krishna either! First He said they do; now He says they don't. This is the divine mystery (yoga aisvara). He sustains everything yet remains independent.
Going Deeper:
This isn't contradiction—it's pointing beyond logical categories. In one sense, all exists in God; in another, nothing does. The divine exceeds our either/or thinking. Both statements reveal different facets of truth.
How To Apply This:
When you hit paradox in spiritual understanding, don't force resolution. Hold both truths. The inability to fit God into a neat box is itself a teaching about God's nature.
