Gita 10.16
वक्तुमर्हस्यशेषेण दिव्या ह्यात्मविभूतयः।
याभिर्विभूतिभिर्लोकानिमांस्त्वं व्याप्य तिष्ठसि।।
vaktum arhasy aśeṣeṇa divyā hy ātma-vibhūtayaḥ yābhir vibhūtibhir lokān imāṁs tvaṁ vyāpya tiṣṭhasi
"Please describe in full Your divine glories by which You pervade and abide in all these worlds."
What This Means:
Arjuna asks for the full list of vibhutis—divine glories—by which Krishna pervades all worlds. He wants to know specifically where and how to see Krishna in creation.
Going Deeper:
This request sets up the main teaching of this chapter. Arjuna isn't asking from doubt but from desire to see more. 'Show me where to find You everywhere.'
How To Apply This:
Ask for more revelation. Arjuna's request shows that asking isn't presumptuous—it's welcomed. The Divine wants to be found.
