"He performed austerity. Having performed austerity, he understood: Ananda (bliss) is Brahman. From bliss indeed these beings are born. By bliss they live once born. Into bliss they enter upon departing."
What This Means:
Finally, Bhrigu realizes Ananda (bliss) is Brahman. This is the ultimate truth: everything comes from, lives by, and returns to bliss.
Going Deeper:
This corresponds to Anandamaya kosha. Bliss is the final answer, confirming the Brahmananda Valli teaching. Brahman IS bliss.
How To Apply This:
At the deepest level, reality is bliss. Your true nature is ananda. Meditate until you know this directly.
