"We shall explain phonetics: letters, accent, quantity, strength, modulation, and combination. Thus the chapter on phonetics."

What This Means:

This section teaches the six aspects of Vedic pronunciation. Proper recitation requires mastering letters, tones, duration, emphasis, melody, and flow.

Going Deeper:

Sound is sacred. The science of phonetics (Shiksha) ensures the mantras retain their power through precise transmission across generations.

How To Apply This:

Pay attention to how you speak sacred sounds. Pronunciation matters in mantra and prayer.
