Shvetashvatara Upanishad 6.2

येनावृतं नित्यमिदं हि सर्वं ज्ञः कालकारो गुणी सर्वविद्यः। तेनेशितं कर्म विवर्तते ह पृथ्व्यप्तेजोऽनिलखानि चिन्त्यम्॥
yenāvṛtaṃ nityamidaṃ hi sarvaṃ jñaḥ kālakāro guṇī sarvavidyaḥ | teneśitaṃ karma vivartate ha pṛthvyaptejo\'nilakhāni cintyam ||
"He by whom all this is ever enveloped - the knower, the maker of time, possessing qualities, the all-knowing - by Him is karma set in motion, including what is conceived as earth, water, fire, air, and space."
What This Means:
God envelops everything. He is the knower, maker of time, all-knowing. By Him karma operates, including the five elements.
Going Deeper:
The Lord is not just wise but the cause of time itself (kalakara). He rules over karma and the five great elements (mahabhutas).
How To Apply This:
Recognize that God envelops your life, your karma, and all elements. Nothing is outside His governance.
