"The one Swan in the midst of this world - He alone is the fire seated in the waters. Knowing Him alone, one passes beyond death. There is no other path for going."

What This Means:

There is one divine Swan (Hamsa) in the world, the fire hidden in the waters. Knowing Him transcends death. There is no other way.

Going Deeper:

"No other path" (nanyah pantha) - this absolute statement from the Vedas emphasizes the unique necessity of Self-knowledge.

How To Apply This:

Know that there is no alternative path. Self-knowledge is THE way, not one option among many.
