"The one Controller of the many who are inactive, who makes the one seed manifold - the wise who perceive Him dwelling in the Self, to them belongs eternal bliss, not to others."

What This Means:

The one Lord controls the many inactive (souls). He makes one seed into many. Those who see Him in the Self gain eternal bliss - others do not.

Going Deeper:

Souls are inactive (nishkriya) - only appearing active through the Lord's power. From one seed (Brahman) comes multiplicity. Inner vision is essential.

How To Apply This:

Look within to see the Controller. Eternal bliss belongs to those who find Him in the Self.
