tataḥ paraṃ brahma paraṃ bṛhantaṃ yathānikāyaṃ sarvabhūteṣu gūḍham | viśvasyaikaṃ pariveṣṭitāramīśaṃ taṃ jñātvā'mṛtā bhavanti ||

"Higher than that is the supreme Brahman, the great, hidden in all beings according to their bodies, the one enveloper of the universe, the Lord. Knowing Him, one becomes immortal."

What This Means:

Beyond all is the supreme Brahman - great, hidden in all beings, the one who wraps around the universe. Knowing this Lord brings immortality.

Going Deeper:

Brahman is both transcendent (higher than all) and immanent (hidden in all beings). As Ishvara, He envelops the entire universe.

How To Apply This:

Know the Brahman who is hidden in all beings and yet transcends all. This knowledge brings immortality.
