"Shining with all sense-qualities, yet free from all senses - the Lord of all, the ruler of all, the great refuge of all."

What This Means:

Shining with all sense-qualities yet having no senses - He is the Lord and ruler of all, the great refuge for all.

Going Deeper:

The paradox of nirguna Brahman: He manifests as all qualities yet is beyond all sense-limitations. He is both Ishana (ruler) and Sharana (refuge).

How To Apply This:

Take refuge in the Lord who is beyond senses yet illumines all experience. He is the great shelter.
