एषो ह देवः प्रदिशोऽनु सर्वाः पूर्वो ह जातः स उ गर्भे अन्तः। स एव जातः स जनिष्यमाणः प्रत्यङ्जनास्तिष्ठति सर्वतोमुखः॥
eṣo ha devaḥ pradiśo'nu sarvāḥ pūrvo ha jātaḥ sa u garbhe antaḥ | sa eva jātaḥ sa janiṣyamāṇaḥ pratyaṅjanāstiṣṭhati sarvatomukhaḥ ||
"This God indeed is in all directions, He was born first, and He is within the womb. He alone is born, He is being born. He stands facing all beings, with faces everywhere."
What This Means:
God pervades all directions. He was first-born and is within all. He is born, is being born, and faces all beings from all sides.
Going Deeper:
God is transcendent (first-born, before all) and immanent (within all, facing all). This verse describes Ishvara as both cosmic and intimate.
How To Apply This:
See God in every direction, in every birth, facing you always. There is nowhere God is not.
