"Making one's body the lower friction-stick and OM the upper friction-stick, through the practice of churning with meditation, one may see the hidden God."

What This Means:

Use your body as the lower stick and OM as the upper stick. The churning practice is meditation. Through this, the hidden God is revealed.

Going Deeper:

The body is the adharani (lower stick), OM is the uttararani (upper stick), and meditation is the friction that generates the fire of realization.

How To Apply This:

Practice OM meditation with your whole being. This churning reveals the hidden Divine.
