""He created Prana; from Prana: faith, space, air, fire, water, earth, senses, mind; from mind: food; from food: vigor, austerity, mantras, action, worlds, and name in worlds.""

What This Means:

The Person created Prana first. From Prana came all the elements, senses, mind. From mind came food, and from food came all activities and the worlds.

Going Deeper:

The order of creation: Consciousness → Prana → Elements → Mind → Physical world. The sixteen parts are listed here.

How To Apply This:

Trace everything back to its source: world → food → mind → senses → elements → Prana → Consciousness.
