देवानामसि वह्नितमः पितॄणां प्रथमा स्वधा। ऋषीणां चरितं सत्यमथर्वाङ्गिरसामसि॥
devānāmasi vahnitamaḥ pitṝṇāṃ prathamā svadhā | ṛṣīṇāṃ caritaṃ satyamatharvāṅgirasāmasi ||
""You are the chief carrier to the gods, the first offering to the ancestors. You are the true practice of the sages, of the Atharvangirases.""
What This Means:
Prana carries offerings to gods, is the first gift to ancestors, and is the truth practiced by the sages.
Going Deeper:
All rituals, all spiritual practices ultimately operate through Prana. It is the medium of all sacred action.

Every sacred act is powered by breath. Make your breath conscious to make your actions sacred.
