प्रजापतिश्चरसि गर्भे त्वमेव प्रतिजायसे। तुभ्यं प्राण प्रजास्त्विमा बलिं हरन्ति यः प्राणैः प्रतितिष्ठसि॥

prajāpatiścarasi garbhe tvameva pratijāyase | tubhyaṃ prāṇa prajāstvimā baliṃ haranti yaḥ prāṇaiḥ pratitiṣṭhasi ||

""As Prajapati, you move in the womb; you yourself are born again. To you, O Prana, these creatures bring offerings - you who abide with the life-breaths.""

What This Means:

Prana is praised as the Creator who enters the womb and is reborn. All creatures offer tribute to Prana.

Going Deeper:

The continuity of life across generations is attributed to Prana. It is the thread that connects all births.

How To Apply This:

The same breath that sustained your ancestors sustains you. Honor this sacred continuity.
