Prashna Upanishad 2.10

यदा त्वमभिवर्षस्यथेमाः प्राण ते प्रजाः। आनन्दरूपास्तिष्ठन्ति कामायान्नं भविष्यतीति॥
yadā tvamabhivarṣasyathemāḥ prāṇa te prajāḥ | ānandarūpāstiṣṭhanti kāmāyānnaṃ bhaviṣyatīti ||
""When you send down rain, O Prana, these creatures of yours stand in bliss, thinking: There will be food according to our desire.""
What This Means:
When Prana sends rain, all creatures rejoice, knowing that food will come. Prana provides for all.
