"He is indeed the prana that shines through all beings. Knowing this, the wise one does not talk excessively. Delighting in the Self, rejoicing in the Self, performing actions - he is the best among knowers of Brahman."
What This Means:
The wise knower recognizes the Self shining in all beings as prana. Such a person doesn't talk much, delights in the Self, and is the highest among sages.
Going Deeper:
Self-knowledge brings quietude (not excessive talk), self-sufficiency (delight in Self), and continued activity - but from freedom, not compulsion.
How To Apply This:
Know the Self in all beings. Talk less. Find joy within. Act from freedom.
