ataḥ samudrā girayaśca sarve'smātsyandante sindhavaḥ sarvarūpāḥ | ataśca sarvā oṣadhayo rasaśca yenaiṣa bhūtaistiṣṭhate hyantarātmā ||

"From Him come all the oceans and mountains; from Him flow rivers of all kinds; from Him come all plants and their essences, by which the inner Self abides in all beings."

What This Means:

All of nature - oceans, mountains, rivers, plants - emerges from Brahman. The essence (rasa) of plants sustains the inner Self in bodies.

Going Deeper:

The physical world is not separate from consciousness. The Self dwells in bodies sustained by the essence of plants (food).

How To Apply This:

Nature is not separate from divinity. The food you eat connects you to the cosmic source.
