एतस्माज्जायते प्राणो मनः सर्वेन्द्रियाणि च। खं वायुर्ज्योतिरापः पृथिवी विश्वस्य धारिणी॥

etasmājjāyate prāṇo manaḥ sarvendriyāṇi ca | khaṃ vāyurjyotirāpaḥ pṛthivī viśvasya dhāriṇī ||

"From Him arise life-breath, mind, and all the senses; space, air, fire, water, and earth - the supporter of all."

What This Means:

From Brahman emerge: prana (life-force), mind, senses, and the five elements - space, air, fire, water, earth.

Going Deeper:

This is the order of creation: from subtle (prana, mind) to gross (elements). The earth "supports all" as the final manifestation.

How To Apply This:

Everything you experience - breath, mind, senses, elements - has one source. Know that source.
