अहं प्राणोऽस्मि प्रज्ञात्मा तं मामायुरमृतमित्युपास्स्व।
ahaṃ prāṇo'smi prajñātmā taṃ māmāyuramṛtamityupāssva |
"I am Prana, the intelligent Self. Worship Me as life, as immortality."
What This Means:
Indra declares his true nature as the conscious life force and instructs Pratardana to meditate on this as life and deathlessness.
