एतत्तु खलु नाहमवेद्मि। हन्त अहमपि गत्वा ब्रह्मचर्यं वसानीति।
etattu khalu nāhamavedmi | hanta ahamapi gatvā brahmacaryaṃ vasānīti |
"His father said: "I did not know this either. Come, let us both go and live as students with the king.""

Aruni admitted he did not know the answer either. He suggested they both go to the king as humble students.
