अव्यक्तात्पुरुषः परो व्यापको लिङ्ग एव च। यं ज्ञात्वा मुच्यते जन्तुरमृतत्वं च गच्छति॥

avyaktātpuruṣaḥ paro vyāpako liṅga eva ca | yaṃ jñātvā mucyate janturamṛtatvaṃ ca gacchati ||

""Beyond the Unmanifest is the Purusha, all-pervading and without any mark. Knowing Him, a creature is liberated and attains immortality.""

What This Means:

The highest is Purusha - pure consciousness beyond all manifestation, all-pervading, with no characteristics. Knowing this brings liberation and immortality.

Going Deeper:

"Alinga" (without mark) means beyond all attributes. This Purusha cannot be described - only realized.

How To Apply This:

The ultimate is beyond all description. Drop all concepts and BE that.
