इह चेदशकद्बोद्धुं प्राक्शरीरस्य विस्रसः। ततः सर्गेषु लोकेषु शरीरत्वाय कल्पते॥

""If one is able to realize (Brahman) here before the falling of the body, one is liberated; if not, one is fit for embodiment in created worlds.""

What This Means:

Realize the Self before death, and you're liberated. Fail to realize it, and you return to take another body in one of the worlds.

Going Deeper:

This emphasizes urgency: liberation must happen while alive. Death itself doesn't liberate - only knowledge does.

How To Apply This:

Don't postpone realization. This life is your opportunity. Use it.
