Chandogya Upanishad 8.11
intermediate
अथ यदि मातृलोककामो भवति संकल्पादेवास्य मातरः समुत्तिष्ठन्ति। तेन मातृलोकेन सम्पन्नो महीयते॥
atha yadi mātṛlokakāmo bhavati saṃkalpādevāsya mātaraḥ samuttiṣṭhanti | tena mātṛlokena sampanno mahīyate ||
"If he desires the world of mothers, by his mere will the mothers arise. Endowed with that mother-world, he is glorified."
What This Means:
Similarly, desire the mother-world, and by will alone it manifests. Any world desired by the knower arises.
Going Deeper:
The pattern continues: any object of desire manifests by sankalpa for the Self-knower.
How To Apply This:
Self-realization grants the power to fulfill any desire through will alone.
