Chandogya Upanishad 8.10

स यदि पितृलोककामो भवति संकल्पादेवास्य पितरः समुत्तिष्ठन्ति। तेन पितृलोकेन सम्पन्नो महीयते॥
sa yadi pitṛlokakāmo bhavati saṃkalpādevāsya pitaraḥ samuttiṣṭhanti | tena pitṛlokena sampanno mahīyate ||
"If he desires the world of the fathers, by his mere will the fathers arise. Endowed with that father-world, he is glorified."
What This Means:
For one who knows the Self, mere will (sankalpa) manifests any desired experience. Desire the father-world, it appears.
Going Deeper:
This describes the power of realized beings. Their will is true (satya-sankalpa) - what they intend, manifests.
How To Apply This:
In realization, your will becomes creative. What you truly intend comes to be.
