""'Let me make each of these three deities tripartite.' This Being, having entered into these three deities with this living self, manifested name and form.""
What This Means:
Being made each element contain all three (fire, water, earth). Then it entered as the Self, creating all names and forms.
Going Deeper:
Trivritkarana: each element contains all three. This explains the complexity of the material world from simple origins.
How To Apply This:
Everything contains everything. The elements interpenetrate. And the Self pervades them all.
