सेयं देवतैक्षत हन्ताहमिमास्तिस्रो देवताः अनेन जीवेनात्मनानुप्रविश्य नामरूपे व्याकरवाणीति॥

""That Being thought: 'Let me now enter into these three deities (fire, water, food) with this living self and manifest name and form.'""

What This Means:

The original Being decided to enter into all created things as the individual self, giving rise to names and forms.

Going Deeper:

This is the crucial teaching: Sat/Brahman enters into all as the jiva (living self). The one becomes many through entry, not creation of separate beings.

How To Apply This:

Know that the same Being has entered into everything - into you, into all beings. You are that Being.
