"He tried to grasp it with skin but could not seize it with skin. If he had seized it with skin, one would be satisfied merely by touching food."

What This Means:

Touch also fails to capture food. Holding food in your hands doesn't nourish you — you must actually eat it.

How To Apply This:

Being in proximity to something isn't the same as having it. You can touch success, touch happiness, touch spirituality — but have you truly taken them in?
