तच्चक्षुषाऽजिघृक्षत्तन्नाशक्नोच्चक्षुषा ग्रहीतुम् । स यद्धैनच्चक्षुषाऽग्रहैष्यद्दृष्ट्वा हैवान्नमत्रप्स्यत् ॥

"He tried to grasp it with sight but could not seize it with sight. If he had seized it with sight, one would be satisfied merely by seeing food."

What This Means:

Sight also failed. Looking at food doesn't nourish — you can stare at a feast all day and still starve.

How To Apply This:

Visual consumption isn't real consumption. "Window shopping" for life experiences, watching others live fully on social media — none of this actually nourishes you.
